This correctional center relocated in 1993, leaving behind a small and muddy building that bears few telltale signs of its former use. Most of the spaces here are large, open dormitory rooms; there are only a few actual cells in the dark maximum-security area. The building is not very spacious, and parts of it admit only dim natural light.
