LOCATION: Spanning the Mississippi River between Saint Louis, Missouri (at Salisbury Street) and Venice, Illinois (at Illinois Route 3)
DATES OF CONSTRUCTION: Bridge, 1910; Conversion to automobile traffic, 1930s

DATE OF CLOSURE: October 30, 2001

The September 1, 2004 issue of the St. Louis Business Journal reports that the McKinley Bridge rehab gets a boost.
